• What is the deadline for buying tickets?

  It is not too late!  You can definitely purchase tickets through the webpage and you can even purchase tickets at the door the night of the event.

• What is the attire for the evening?

  For tonight, you can leave the muck boots and sweatshirts at home and reach for dressy party attire!  Men often wear jackets and women wear dresses, skirts, or dressy pants.  It is not quite as formal as cocktail attire for a wedding but a step up from our river attire!

• Do our sons attend the party?

  Sons who are over 21 may attend. This night is strictly 21 and older due to the presence of alcohol in the Boathouse.

• Where do we park?

  Families who have contributed at a National Championship or Henley sponsorship level will have a labeled reserved spot in the Gillin Boathouse lot for the evening.  Please look for your marked spot either along the brush line or the river side of the parking lot. Please do not park in a reserved parking spot. Unmarked spots in the parking lot are available on a first come, first parked basis.  If the Boathouse lot is full, you may try and park in the Temple parking lot.  The Gillin Boathouse will have a security guard in the lot, but it is very important to leave nothing visible in your car.  Please ensure that your car does not park overnight as there is a race on Sunday.

• Will we need Cash?

  Payment for live and silent auction items will be accepted via credit card, cash, Venmo or check. 

• Open Bar or Cash Bar?

  There will be an open bar with beer, wine, a signature cocktail, and soft drinks. 

• Are group bids allowed for the Live Auction?

  Organizing group bids is a great idea for some of our larger items!
